Ad Creation from Meta Business Inboxes

In this project I created both the strategy and design for increasing the number of leads businesses receive for three of Meta’s business inboxes: Instagram, Messenger, and Unified Inbox.

This design project focused on creating a mobile navigational ecosystem that is consistent cross-property, with flexible grids that support a responsive web experience.

Journey Explorer

From conception to launch, this dashboard was an independent concept I pitched to Autodesk leadership and implemented internally for employees to visualize qualitative data sets from multiple data sources.

Autodesk Virtual Agent

Research and testing for the first chatbot at Autodesk. Using machine learning, I trained an interactive chat prototype for testing different bot “personalities” and identifying best practices.
